Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right, inform us (Sebastian Albrecht, Kottenkamp 6, 32278 Kirchlengern, Germany, telephone +49 5223 6582312, email kontakt@sebastian-albrecht.de) of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement, such as a letter or email. You may use the model form provided, but it is not mandatory.

You can also use our electronic “Withdraw from contract” function . If you use this option, we acknowledge receipt electronically without delay.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal declaration. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Expiry of withdrawal rights for digital content

For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early once performance has begun, provided you expressly consented to performance before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged losing your right and received contract confirmation under section 312f BGB (section 356(6) BGB).
